Return Policy and cancellations

We stand behind the quality of our products sold through our website and in the store. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please find our return policy below.
Items (not including online programs) may be returned within 20 days of the delivery date, by mail. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in with the seal unbroken, and be accompanied by a receipt. In the event that there is no receipt, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of management. To return your product, you must obtain a manager’s approval for a refund or exchange by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-582-5850. All refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please ship your return to the address below:

Online Program refunds
All online courses (both subscriptions and full-payment courses) can only be refundable within 7 days of purchase. For more information about online program refunds and cancellations, contact us at email@example.com or call +1 56151 20914.
Online program Payment Plan cancellations
When you purchase an Online Program via the Payment Plan subscription you'll be billed at the frequency set for the duration of the payment plan. The payments are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these payment bill cycle unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org but please note that our policy is that Online Program payment plans can only be cancelled within 7 days of first purchase.
By default, your order confirmation emails have links to your order where you can manage your subscription. Alternatively, if you create an account, (using the same email address as your subscription order) you can login anytime and manage your subscription.
If an international order is returned to us because it did not pass customs, the shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund once all products are returned to us in their original condition. Hippocrates Wellness is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in the country of delivery. All HHI merchandize must be received by our returns department in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
